Venezuela is a country located in the northern part of South America. It borders Brazil to the south, Colombia to the west, Guyana to the east, and the Caribbean Sea to the north. The country has a population of around 28 million people and its capital is Caracas.

The official language of Venezuela is Spanish. The currency is the Venezuelan bolívar soberano (VES). However, due to hyperinflation, the country has been using the US dollar as a de facto currency since 2020. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the exchange rate was approximately 1 USD to 4,200 VES.

The flight time from the UK to Venezuela varies depending on the airport of departure and the airline, but it usually takes around 10-12 hours with one or more stopovers.

Venezuela is four hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT-4). This means that when it is 12:00 pm (noon) in the UK, it is 8:00 am in Venezuela.

The main airport in Venezuela is the Simón Bolívar International Airport (CCS), also known as the Maiquetía International Airport. Its address is Carretera Vieja, Maiquetía, Vargas, Venezuela. The airport is located around 30 kilometers from the center of Caracas and serves as the main gateway to the country. The airport is served by several airlines, including Aerolíneas Argentinas, Air Europa, and Avianca.
